Retainers ,Return and Refund Policy

A 50% retainer fee is required when placing your order, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before pickup. We will send final production photos and/or videos via email prior to full payment and order pickup. Please note that prices may vary based on the design.

To avoid a $50 rush fee, all orders must be submitted at least three weeks in advance. As all products are handmade, we do not accept returns; however, we will process a refund if an error is made on our part.
